The Dwarf-Mines

Pareth had a very important mission which was revealed to her when she left Moria recently. Instead of travelling to Lothlorien as she had intended, she was told that she would be travelling to Forochel, to recover something of great importance that was hidden somewhere within the Dwarf-Mines of Länsi-mâ.
Pareth, longing for refuge among the Elves in Lothlorien after escaping the horrors of Moria, was not eager to leave Nimrodel, though she knew how much her assistance was needed.
So she travelled for many weeks until she finally arrived in the bitterly cold outpost of Kauppa-kohta in Taur Orthon. After completing many tasks for the Lossoth, she was sent to the Dwarf-Mines where she was to wait for assistance.
To her delight she was joined by her hobbit friend, Tule, a minstrel of great courage and surprising strength, and together they battled the many evil Dourhands and snowbeasts within the mines. They ventured deep into the mines until they found what Pareth sought and they fought their way out.
“Thank you kindly for your help, Tule. Once again, you have surprised me with your resilience and courage. I hope that one day we shall meet again after the wars are over, and we shall toast to our good health in happier times.” Pareth said to Tule as the hobbit prepared to travel back to Moria.
“Til we meet again, Pareth!” cried Tule, and with that she departed as quickly as she could so that she could escape the bitter cold.
Pareth sighed. But she too made haste as it she began to feel the bitter cold tearing through her clothes. She sought shelter in the Dwarf-keep of Zigilgund until the morning when she would travel once more to continue her mission.
